Clarksburg saw 14 recorded property transfers from Aug. 21 to Sept. 19, per Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds data, with six of those transactions carrying a sale price so far, ranging from $10,000 to $450,000 and a median of $117,500. The period's top transaction was 654 River Road, which sold for $450,000 on Aug. 26, from Carin R. and Chad D. DeGrenier to Adams Community Bank. A bank or credit union appeared as a buyer or seller in most of this period's priced transfers. Eight of the 14 recorded entries had no price yet on file, typical of the registry's reporting lag.
