Six of those transactions had a sale price recorded, ranging from $65,000 to $450,000, with a median of $233,750. The period's highest-priced sale was a $450,000 transfer of 654 River Road from Carin R. and Chad D. DeGrenier to Adams Community Bank on Aug. 26. River Road saw the most recorded activity, with deeds tied to four separate addresses. Eight of the 14 transactions, including several involving banks and a credit union, did not include a recorded sale price.
