Clarksburg Records 14 Property Deeds in August, Median Sale $233,750
Clarksburg recorded 14 property deeds between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds. Six of those transactions disclosed a sale price, ranging from $65,000 to $450,000, with a median of $233,750. The period's highest-priced sale was a $450,000 transfer of 654 River Road from Carin R. and Chad D. DeGrenier to Adams Community Bank on Aug. 26. River Road saw the most recorded activity, with deeds tied to four separate addresses. Eight of the 14 transactions, including several involving banks and a credit union, did not include a disclosed sale price.
