Clarksburg recorded 12 property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only three carried sale prices so far, ranging from $50,000 to $348,000 with a median of $315,000. The month's top recorded sale was 52 Belmar Drive at $348,000, followed by a $315,000 sale at 457 North Eagle Street and a $50,000 transfer at 370 Cross Road. Nine of the 12 transfers still show no recorded price, a normal registry lag rather than withheld information. Several transfers involved banks or credit unions, and two clusters of activity appeared on Cross Road and North Eagle Street, though overall market tone cannot yet be assessed given the incomplete pricing data.
