Clarksburg sees $450,000 River Road sale lead 15 recorded property transfers in August
Clarksburg recorded 15 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 26, 2026, but only six disclosed a sale price, ranging from $65,000 to $450,000 with a median of $188,750. The month's top transaction was 654 River Road, which sold for $450,000 on Aug. 26 from Carin and Chad Degrenier to Adams Community Bank. River Road saw the most activity, accounting for six of the 15 recorded transfers. Several transactions involved banks or credit unions as buyers or sellers, and two records reflect within-family transfers. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers limited basis for broader conclusions about market direction this period.
