The Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 11 property transfers in Clarksburg between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Among the four transactions with a recorded sale price so far, prices ranged from $10,000 to $315,000, with a median of $40,000. The month's priciest recorded transaction was a $315,000 sale at 457 North Eagle St. from Mark and Melissa Denault to Gregory and Darlene Gundler. Prices for seven of the 11 transfers were not yet available in registry data. Several transactions involved banks or credit unions as buyer or seller, and two others appeared to be transfers among family members. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet support a clear read on overall market tone for the period.
